By downloading, installing, or using iDepth Clock WallPaper ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

iDepth Clock WallPaper is a wallpaper app that may let you:

• Set clock-based wallpapers and visual themes
• Import or select images from your device if supported
• Adjust appearance, brightness, and layout-related settings
• Receive optional app notifications or updates

Features may change over time, and availability can depend on your device, operating system, or app version.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App except where permitted by applicable law.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload, display, or distribute content you do not have rights to use
• Interfere with, damage, or disrupt the App or related services
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' devices
• Use the App in a way that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful

If the App allows you to import your own images, photos, or other media, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, consent, and permission to use that content.

We are not responsible for the content you choose to display as wallpaper or any consequences arising from that content.

The App may rely on third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, hosting, notifications, or app distribution. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

If the App includes third-party wallpapers, images, or links, those materials are provided by their respective owners and may be subject to separate usage restrictions.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device
• Wallpaper previews will exactly match the final appearance on every screen
• Third-party services will remain online or uninterrupted

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketPay.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or zero if the App was provided free of charge.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PocketPay.ai from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, your user content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Last updated date on this page and, where appropriate, through in-app notices or store listing notes.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if continued provision of the App is no longer feasible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
