By downloading, installing, or using Hub VPN ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Pro Productivity Tools.

Hub VPN is a mobile VPN application that:

• Encrypts your internet connection using OpenVPN
• Lets you connect to VPN servers in supported locations
• Offers features such as auto-connect, kill switch, and DNS selection
• May send optional service notifications to your device

The App is provided for lawful personal use. Availability of servers, speeds, and features may change without notice.

You agree not to use Hub VPN to:

• Engage in illegal activity or violate applicable laws
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt unauthorized access to networks, systems, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or other users
• Circumvent reasonable usage limits or abuse the service
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without permission

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

You acknowledge that:

• A VPN does not make you completely anonymous or immune from tracking by all third parties
• Some websites, apps, or networks may block VPN traffic
• Connection quality depends on your device, network, and server load
• Hub VPN is not a substitute for antivirus software, firewalls, or safe browsing practices
• You remain responsible for your actions and compliance with local laws where you use the App

Hub VPN may be offered without requiring account registration. If account or subscription features are added in the future, additional terms may apply at the time of purchase or sign-up. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any credentials associated with the App.

Hub VPN, its branding, design, and software are owned by Pro Productivity Tools or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App except where permitted by law.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• VPN connections will always be available or meet specific speed requirements
• The App will bypass all geo-restrictions or censorship measures

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Productivity Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or zero if the App was provided free of charge.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Productivity Tools from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page and, where appropriate, through in-app notices or app store release notes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by disconnecting and uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if continued provision of the service is no longer feasible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
