Welcome to KReels - Short Drama TV Series ("App"), a short-form drama and TV series streaming application provided by Pro Productivity Tools ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the App and how we protect your privacy.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share or track your personal information for profiling across third-party apps or websites. Information we collect is used only to operate the App, prevent fraud, and manage your profile, watch progress, and rewards.

Depending on how you use the App, we may process the following categories of information:

• Account and sign-in data — if you sign in with Google, Facebook, or use a temporary guest session, we may receive a provider-assigned identifier, display name, profile photo URL, and email address (where made available by the sign-in provider). Guest sessions use a temporary identifier stored on your device and our servers to associate your watch progress and rewards.
• Watch progress and app activity — episodes watched, playback position, favorites, rewards earned, and in-app preferences so you can resume content and manage your profile across sessions.
• Device and app information — device model, operating system version, app version, language, and general network information for compatibility, security, and troubleshooting.
• Advertising identifier — on supported devices, the App and our advertising partners may access your device's advertising identifier (such as Google Advertising ID on Android or IDFA on iOS, where permitted by your device settings). This identifier is used to deliver and measure ads within the App. We do not use it to build a personal profile of you or to track you outside the App for our own purposes.
• Support communications — if you contact us, we process the information you choose to provide (such as your email and message content).

We use the information described above to:

• Provide streaming, discovery, and playback of short drama content
• Create and manage guest, Google, or Facebook sign-in sessions
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to rewards or accounts
• Save and sync your watch progress, profile, and rewards where supported

• Maintain security, fix bugs, and improve the App

We do not use your information to sell data to data brokers, and we do not share your personal information with advertisers for their independent tracking of you across unrelated services.

KReels - Short Drama TV Series is supported in part by advertising. We work with third-party advertising networks that may show banner, interstitial, rewarded, or native ads in the App.

Regarding ads and identifiers:

• The App may request access to your device's advertising identifier to show relevant ads and measure ad performance.
• Ad networks may process the advertising identifier, approximate device information, and ad interaction events under their own privacy policies.
• We do not provide ad partners with your name, email, social login details, watch history, or other personal profile information for cross-app tracking.
• You can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising identifier in your device settings (for example, "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android or "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS).

The App offers multiple ways to access your profile:

• Temporary guest login — a session-based account that lets you use the App without linking a social account. Guest data may be lost if you clear app data, uninstall the App, or if the session expires.
• Google Sign-In — if you choose Google, we receive information permitted by Google according to your account settings and the permissions you approve.
• Facebook Login — if you choose Facebook, we receive information permitted by Meta according to your account settings and the permissions you approve.

Sign-in is used to prevent fraud, protect rewards, and help you manage your profile and progress. You are not required to use Google or Facebook; guest access may be available where supported.

We do not intentionally collect:

• Contacts, SMS, call logs, or precise GPS location
• Microphone or camera data unless a specific feature you use requires it and you grant permission
• Payment card details processed outside approved app store billing flows
• Personal information unrelated to operating the App, unless you voluntarily provide it when contacting us

The App may rely on third-party services, including:

• Google Play or Apple App Store — app distribution and in-app purchases where offered
• Google Sign-In — optional authentication
• Facebook Login — optional authentication
• Advertising networks — ad delivery and measurement
• Analytics or crash reporting tools — aggregate app stability and performance
• Content delivery networks — streaming video to your device

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We select partners that help us operate the App but we do not authorize them to receive your personal profile or watch history for unrelated tracking purposes.

Account, progress, and rewards data are retained while your account or guest session is active and as needed to provide the App. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer required for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Locally cached video, images, and preferences may remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App.
