By downloading, installing, or using KReels - Short Drama TV Series ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Pro Productivity Tools.

KReels - Short Drama TV Series is a mobile entertainment application that lets you:

• Stream short-form drama and TV series episodes
• Browse catalogs, favorites, and recommended content
• Save watch progress and manage a user profile
• Earn or redeem in-app rewards where available
• Sign in with a temporary guest session, Google, or Facebook
• View advertisements that support the free or freemium experience

Content availability, features, rewards, and supported sign-in methods may change without notice and may vary by device, region, or app version.

You may access the App through:

• Guest access — a temporary session that may not persist across devices or after uninstalling the App
• Google Sign-In — subject to Google's terms and your account settings
• Facebook Login — subject to Meta's terms and your account settings

Sign-in helps us prevent fraud, protect rewards, and manage your profile and progress. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any linked social accounts. Do not share your account or attempt to access another user's account.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Download, copy, redistribute, or publicly perform content except as expressly permitted in the App
• Circumvent digital rights management, geo-restrictions, or access controls
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access content or rewards
• Commit fraud, abuse rewards, or manipulate watch statistics
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

The App, its branding, software, and licensed drama content are owned by Pro Productivity Tools, its licensors, or content partners. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view content through the App for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, record, rebroadcast, sell, or create derivative works from content made available in the App unless you have separate written permission from the rights holder.

The App may display third-party advertisements, including ads that use your device's advertising identifier for delivery and measurement within the App. By using the App, you understand that:

• Ads help support the service and may appear before, during, or between content
• Rewarded ads may be required to unlock certain features, episodes, or bonuses where offered
• We do not sell your personal information to advertisers for cross-service tracking
• Ad networks operate under their own terms and privacy policies

You can manage ad personalization through your device settings. Limiting ad personalization does not remove all ads from the App.

The App may offer coins, points, bonuses, or other virtual rewards. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise:

• Rewards have no cash value and are not transferable or refundable
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue reward programs at any time
• Fraudulent or abusive reward activity may result in forfeiture and account suspension
• Progress tied to guest sessions may be lost if the session ends or the App is removed

If the App offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, payment is processed by the app store provider (such as Google Play or Apple App Store). Store billing terms, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the applicable store policies.

The App integrates third-party services for authentication, advertising, analytics, streaming, and distribution. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content linked from the App.

The App and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• All episodes or features will remain available in every region
• Streaming quality will meet specific speed or resolution requirements on every network

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Productivity Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, rewards, or business arising from your use of the App or inability to access content.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App or in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or zero if you used the App free of charge.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Productivity Tools from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page and, where appropriate, through in-app notices or app store release notes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by signing out and uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or if continued provision of the service is no longer feasible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
